Yeh, it’s going well …and I kinda got intrested in many new fields.. And I am willing to get those things in my skills.
As from very early I love programming, but these days together with programming I got interests in Art(like the one artist has).

Good for you Gourav! It is very important to find what makes you move. You have the perfect opportunity to explore things at the early(er) age. 🙂

I agree, I loooooooove my diverse interests, passions, and skillset, and I’m able to blend them to create something truly awesome 🙂
And Believe-Nation = value, not spam lol 😀

Hey Guys, I’m back again after a long time.
In the past 9 months i was learning and experimenting lots of things which mostly includes game development stuff and while doing that i lost the track of time and again forgot(for a while) about #B-N, but this time i might stick around here for sometime.
In those 9 months i learned, discovered a lot about game development and acquired some useful skill like new programming language(c#), 3D modelling(with animation), team management and for sure i’m just a beginner in all that stuffs. I participated in a game jam, with a few good peoples, but cuz of less time and also my inexperience in team management, we failed to completed the project in schedule.
Soon i started working on my own game project (did i forget to tell that i helped in few games and gained some good experience), though its still in early development, and we had planned it for steam release later next year.
And that’s it of me and about you guys.

@gouravjr glad to hear you are doing great man, keep us posted! 🙂
Any screenshots to share of the projects you worked on? Will share a few of my own later, I have been part-time game developing within (very) limited time frames for the last few months. I’m working with Unreal Engine, you can try it for free on their website. 🙂 You don’t even need to code in C#, you can use blueprint scripting.
Are you guys using Unity, Unreal or something else?
What kind of game will you release on Steam? FPS, RTS, RPG, puzzle game? Will it be free or premium? 🙂

Thanks for asking.
The game will probably be RPG , not going to share screenshots right now (cuz it’s in early development), but don’t worry as development carries on I’ll share game insights and for the game engine we are using unity.
About unreal as I know it also uses c++ and I’m pretty good at it, but idk why for some reason I choose to start with unity.
But will try using unreal for later projects.
Prior to steam release we are planning on releasing Early Access for free on itch.io and Gamejolt

Hey, Gourav. Things are going well. Thanks for checking in and welcome back!

Congrats on your new skills, and steam game development!
What’s the game’s concept?

@gouravjr Both Unity and Unreal Engine have C# and blueprint scripting options. You honestly can’t go wrong with any approach or engine, so don’t worry about it. 🙂
I’m using Enreal Engine + blueprint scripting and some free assets from Unreal engine library. Here are some screenshots (promised to @j-ryze a million years ago :P).
Still in early development – you can see guards missing their textures. 🙂
